Graphite Sheet
Artificially synthesized graphite sheet has a unique grain orientation, and its lamellar structure can well adapt to any surface, conducting heat evenly in two directions. The in – plane thermal conductivity can reach up to 1900 W/m – K. While graphite dissipates heat evenly, it also provides thermal isolation in terms of thickness. It shields heat sources from components and improves the performance of consumer electronics at the same time.
Composite graphite sheets are new – type membrane materials sintered from polyimide films. They have high thermal conductivity and excellent product design flexibility.

Characteristics
- Ultra – high Thermal Conductivity – The maximum in – plane thermal conductivity can reach 1900 W/mK. Its thermal resistance is 40% lower than that of aluminum and 20% lower than that of copper.
- Ultra – light – It is 30% lighter than aluminum of the same size and 80% lighter than copper.
- Ultra – thin – The thickness can range from 0.012 to 0.07 mm.
- High Temperature Resistance – The maximum operating temperature can reach 3000℃, and the minimum can be lower than – 50℃.
- Easy to Process – It can be die – cut into different sizes, shapes, and thicknesses, and die – cut flat panels can be provided.
- Easy to Use – The graphite heat sink can be smoothly attached to any flat and curved surface.
- Flexible – It can be easily made into laminates with metals, insulating layers, or double – sided adhesives, increasing design flexibility. There can be an adhesive on the back.
Applications
Synthetic graphite sheet heat – dissipation materials have been widely used in the communication industry, medical equipment, laptops, phones, PDPs, PC memory modules, liquid – crystal displays, LED substrates, etc. for heat dissipation.
